TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the offer and sale of products on owned and maintained by 201 Design Studio.

If you have any inquiries about ordering, about our products and services or would generally like more information about 201 Design Studio please feel free to contact us.

  1. COPYRIGHT

You are not permitted to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this site without prior written consent from our company.

All content on this website, including images, drawings, sound, graphics and text, is protected by copyright. You are not allowed to download, except where specifically invited, nor to duplicate, sell or modify, any of the content on this website without prior written consent from our company.

  1. CONTENT, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICES – DISCLAIMER

We try to keep this website updated at all times, however, there may occasionally be price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors on our site. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes and neither any employee nor representative of 201 Design Studio can be held liable for damages arising from the use of this website.

  1. PRIVACY POLICY

We assure that we don't pass your person-related data on to third parties unless we are committed to do it legally or unless you have expressly agreed.

We respect your privacy and we will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, email, etc.) to any third party.

If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail and delivery address). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes – in case the shipping company needs to contact you regarding the delivery.

On request you receive free of charge information about all person-related data we have saved about you. In case of questions on the elevation, processing or use of your person-related data, for information, correction, inhibition or deletion of data please contact us.

  1. ORDERING

Your orders can be placed quick and easy through email at sales@201designstudio.ro.

To make it easy to process your order, please state in the email the full name of the product, finishes you wish and the quantity. You must also provide contact information (such as name, e-mail and delivery address). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes – in case the shipping company needs to contact you regarding the delivery.

Once you have placed an order with us, we will email you within the next two working days with an order number, confirmation and additional information relating to your shipping time, costs and availability of products.

All purchased items are packed in our studio in Bucharest. You will receive the products in a beautiful box directly from us to your home.

  1. PAYMENT

All prices are listed in lei.

Payment is made through bank transfer.

Once you have placed an order with us, we will email you within the next two working days with an order number, confirmation and additional information relating to your shipping time, costs and availability of products. We will also give you our bank details so you can make the bank transfer.

As soon as the bank transfer with the payment for the ordered products is made we will proceed to shipping your items.

Company orders: Please take note that our company is currently non VAT payer so the VAT for your purchases will not be deducted.

SHIPPING & HANDLING
  1. ORDERING

All purchased items are packed in our studio in Bucharest. You will receive the products in a beautiful box directly from us to your home. Inside the box you will also find our user guide and a certificate of authenticity for the product you ordered.

With your order you place a legally binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you.

After the order you will receive an e-mail from us, which confirms the acknowledgement of the order with us. This confirmation doesn't represent any contract acceptance. Only by sending an order confirmation or by delivery of the product the contract is concluded

  1. DELIVERY

We ship all our products to the following countries. If your country is not on the list, please contact us: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, United Kingdom.

The shipping charge depends on your delivery country and your purchase amount.

We always send our products as an insured package and we use standard shipping for all orders.

If your items are in stock your order is normally shipped from our studio within 2-3 business days form acknowledging your order. You will receive an email with a tracking number.

Depending on your country and shipping method the delivery time is between 7 – 11 business days.

You will be notified if there is a delay in the delivery due to stocking issues. If the product is not in stock, it means that the new batch will be ready in 3-4 weeks. In case you wish to wait for the product to arrive in stock we will notify you the moment we can ship your order.

Orders are shipped on business days. Holidays in your country might cause shipping delays

  1. CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our studio. Normally orders are sent in 2-3 business days form acknowledging your order. Contact us and we will help you.

If your order has been shipped from our studio you can’t cancel your order. The order will be shipped to you, and you will have to handle it as normal return. Please see details in our Returns section.

  1. ORDER CHANGES

You can change the shipping address on your order if it has not yet been shipped. Normally orders are sent in 2-3 business days form acknowledging your order. Contact us and we will help you.

If your new shipping address has a different shipping fee, you will have to pay the difference.

If your order has already been shipped you cannot change the shipping address or the contents on your order. The order will be sent to the original address, and you will have to handle it as normal return if you have changes. Please see details in our Returns section.

RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your order, however, if you are not satisfied you may return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it.

In order to make a return contact us, and we will guide you through the process

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. More than 14 days after receipt, all sales are final.

  1. RETURN GUIDELINES

If the items or packing have been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused.

Keep in mind that in order to make a successful return the item must be in the same condition that you received it in and all components of the product are included in the package. Also the item must be repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.

When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.

If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. But we do not cover the shipping costs.

The refund will be paid back within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order.

However the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our studio.

Sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. We always send our products as an insured package so it is best that in the case of a return you do the same.

  1. DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not corresponding with your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us.

If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.

You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 14 days. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.

You can either have a new product sent, a discount or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case.

If your claim is valid we will cover your shipping expenses for returning the item to us. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.

The items are your responsibility until they reach our studio. Please ensure your package return to prevent any further damage to the products or boxes.

Also please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the items back.
